Account Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your School Summary Book System account and eligible personal data.

How to submit a request

A signed-in user can send an account deletion request directly from the Profile section of the School Summary Book System app.

  1. Open the app and sign in with your approved Google account.
  2. Open the Profile section.
  3. Select the account deletion request option, review the information, and submit the request.
  4. If you cannot access the app, send an email from your approved Google account to support@radhewebs.online with the subject SSB Account Deletion Request. Include your approved Google email, school name or UDISE code, role, and the deletion requested.
Never send: your Google password, Firebase token, OTP, or confidential school report files.

What happens next

We will verify the request to prevent unauthorised deletion. After verification, account access and eligible personal profile data will be deleted. We may contact the school’s authorised Principal or administrator when ownership or transfer of official school records must be confirmed.

Data that may be retained

Official school records, generated reports, security logs, audit records, or backup copies may be retained only where reasonably necessary for school administration, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or service security. Removing SSB access does not delete your Google account.
